You may return most unused and unopened items purchased from BRIXEE within 7 calendar days of the date you received your order.

The item(s) must be returned in their original, unused, and unworn condition, with all product tags, labels, and original packaging entirely intact. This policy applies to all BRIXEE products, including our hoodies, cargo and simple trousers, and accessories. A valid receipt or other proof of purchase is strictly required to initiate any return or exchange process.
